DEBT CAPITAL MARKETS
Oakstone Partners focuses on global DCM origination through independently advising debt issuers on the optimal funding strategy in both private and public markets. In addition to having a joint venture with Raiffeisen Switzerland, the third largest bank in Switzerland with the largest retail presence and a prestigious fixed income franchise, Oakstone benefits from having strong relationships with numerous global investment banks that allow it to advise across all markets, geographies and currencies. Oakstone also partners with a number of banks and broker-dealers to originate and execute high yield debt issuances. This provides suitable SMEs and listed companies in emerging countries with an additional, cost efficient funding alternative via a debut into capital markets, thereby supporting their global growth ambitions. Green & Social Impact Bonds As a core function of Oakstone’s commitment to sustainability, we work with issuers and fixed income investors to bring them together in the green and social impact bond market. This rapidly growing sector provides an increasingly attractive funding platform for those issuers committed to sustainable initiatives.
INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT
The Oakstone Partners’ leadership has decades of cross border transactional experience stretching across all four corners of the globe. We work closely in an advisory role with governments on practical steps to ensure that foreign (direct) investment is attractive and practical for potential investors. International Investment Advisory Boards (IIAB) Oakstone partners with a number of organisations through the establishment of an International Investment Advisory Board. In these instances, Oakstone selects premier local firms to partner with in formulating and implementing a range of strategic initiatives, allowing for the IIAB to reflect comprehensive domestic expertise, and thus enabling Oakstone to focus on a macro cross border strategy. Through constructing and chairing an IIAB, Oakstone creates a powerful ecosystem that focuses and promotes the global needs of clients.
